Mira and Lamar met as children at the Edward Said National Conservatory in Bethlehem, where their musical journey began driven by their passion for music. A few years later, in 2018, MiraLamar Duo (perviously called CharqGharb) was born from this collaboration, bringing together their artistic paths.

From Palestine to France, the duo is inspired by their own identity to create a musical fusion of the oriental and western classical worlds. Today based in Toulouse, they created an original and personal style adding a new color to Palestinian music.
